The Conneaut Valley Lions Club will be selling Sausage Sandwiches at the Conneaut Valley Homecoming. This annual fundraiser is important for support our club's community service efforts. Please help us and treat yourself to one of our famous sausage sandwiches. This is the only time of the year when you can get one.

The Conneaut Valley Lions Club is offering three $500 scholarships to graduating high school students in the Conneaut Valley area. The deadline to receive applications is May 17, 2012. See the guidance councilor or download the application below.

The Conneaut Valley Lions Club will be holding their 24th Annual Valentine's Spaghetti Dinner on Sunday, February 12, 2011 from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The Spaghetti Dinner will be held at the Saint Peter Social Hall at 501 Washington Street in Conneautville. Adults are $6.00, Seniors and Children Under 12 are $4.00, and Children Under 6 are Free. The proceeds of this fundraiser benefit Conneaut Valley Lions Club Sight Projects.

The Conneaut Valley Lions Club is holding their annual Christmas Party on Wednesday, December 14th, 2011 at Ruth’s Restaurant in Conneautville, PA.  We will be presenting checks to our scholarship recipients and local libraries.  Dinner is at 6:30.  Awards at 7:30.  Friends, family, and anyone interested in the Lions are welcome.  RSVP is required.  Contact Therese Wheaton 814-587-3186.

The Conneaut Valley Lions Club is holding a Pancake Breakfast Sunday, October 9, 2011 from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ruth’s Restaurant. This fundraiser benefits the Conneaut Valley Lions Club Sight Projects. Pancake, Eggs, and Sausage will be served. Adults are $6.00, Seniors & Under 12 are $4.00, and Children under 6 are free.  Ruth’s Restaurant is located at 1015 Main Street in Conneautville, PA.

The Conneaut Valley Lions’ Sausage Sandwich booth received the “Best Decorated” booth awards at the Conneaut Valley Homecoming.  The theme for the Rally-in-the-Valley this year was Wild Wild West.

The Conneaut Valley Lions club received a trophy for winning the Lions Club Race-Within-A-Race challenge at the 2011 CV5K.  The Conneaut Valley Lions had the best combined three person time in the 5K Run/Walk.

On Saturday, September 17, 2011 the Conneaut Valley Lions Club and the Conneaut Lake Lions Club will be sponsoring a wellness program at the Conneaut Lake Fire Department. AMBA Blood Screening, as well as Glaucoma Screening and Blood Pressure Testing will be offered for the $35 AMBA Blood Screening fee plus a $5 donation at the door to the Lions. Several optional tests are available for an additional fee with a separate script from a Physician.

This is a unique opportunity to have your blood and eye health checked for a very low fee. Even if you have insurance, the cost of this screening is much lower than most deductibles. If you don't have insurance, these tests would normally cost much more.

Appointments are made directly with AMBA by calling 1-800-234-8888. These appointments will be scheduled between 6:30 AM and 10:30 AM on September 18. Please have your Physician's name and address available when you call for your appointment.
